Pumpernickel Goes There

The new Pocomoke Library has added Pumpernickel Goes There as the first children's book in its collection. Carol Rose generously donated the autographed copy and is photographed here with the library staff.

I will be signing books at the Berlin Book Festival at the Taylor House Museum (208 N. Main Street) on October 17, from 11am-3pm. I hope to see you there.

Overview: “Pumpernickel has watched Barky go There every day for a long time.  Pumpernickel has heard Mother’s stories about the Crawling Mice and the Flying Mice.  How fun and exciting would it be to go There?  How much courage would it take to go beyond the Swinging Wall?  Pumpernickel was determined to find out.  Join Pumpernickel in exploring the new world out There.”

TJ Myers is a retired veterinarian who has long understood that this is a world in which cats are kind enough to allow us to cohabitate with them. He enjoys writing a variety of poetry and fiction. Pumpernickel Goes There is his first foray into the world of children’s literature.
